Purchased but unavailable garments

In the case that you place an order for an item that cannot be fulfilled, we will provide a full refund for your item + shipping (Excluding any extra fees) We regularly check through our available stock and sizes but levels vary constantly and there is a small chance this may occur with certain colours or sizes that are not readily available if stocks are depleted. After your order is placed we will contact you via email regarding the out of stock item/s and arrange the refund for you

TSUG.nz complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person)

Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless the error was made on our behalf. Ensure you refer to sizing measurements before purchasing

Shipping Policy

Garments currently available in our ‘Stocked’ range are ready to be sent as soon as your order is received. For our Tie Dye Range you will need to allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and shipped. All other products and ranges are 'Made to Order' and you will need to allow 7-21 business days for your order to be made (And slightly longer if you are purchasing a garment with a screen printed design) and shipped + delivery time to your address. You may pickup if available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your items have been shipped

This time period may vary for reasons out of our control but we will always strive to deliver your goods as fast as possible. Custom made garments will have their own turnaround time so refer to the provided information on each item

Costs will vary depending on the order. Prices are based on the lowest available rates.
